Quotes and pricing
Every written flat-rate quote is built around the inventory, addresses, and other details on file at the time you book. Should the scope or inventory shift meaningfully afterward, a revised quote gets put in writing and sent over before move day.
Booking and deposits
Reserving your move date may call for a deposit, which then counts toward the final balance. Once booked, your date, crew, and truck are locked in.
Scheduling and cancellation
Give us as much notice as you can for any date change or cancellation so the crew and truck can be freed up for other work. Same-day slots and last-minute changes both stay on the table, contingent on what’s open on the schedule.
Liability and coverage
For the length of your move, cargo coverage applies to whatever’s loaded on our trucks, exactly as spelled out in your quote. As required for household-goods carriers, federal released-value protection covers goods at 60 cents per pound per article by default, unless you’ve purchased full-value protection at additional cost.
Storage
Short-term storage bills out month by month, and nothing locks you into a longer commitment. Anything held in storage carries the identical cargo protection extended to the rest of your move.
